The first sales application training of DARING in 2015 has ended in success!

As the spring came in April, DARING held its first sales application training in 2015. To ensure better company development, this training incorporated many new driving forces to seek bright future through combined efforts!

As the spring came in April, DARING held its first sales application training in 2015. To ensure better company development, this training incorporated many new driving forces to seek bright future through combined efforts!

As for this DARING training activity, all attendees have made full preparation to avoid errors and lay foundation for the smooth progress of this training.

At 8am of March 31st, the first day of training, the trainees arrived at DARING headquarter on time. The administration director explained details about the core of company system and business philosophy to the trainees, and reminded the trainees to be serious and active in responding to customer needs. Moreover, the trainees were also informed about rituals for calls. Politeness should be the priority during telephone conversation. The attitude and impression in calls would be remembered by customers, influencing business development significantly.


After briefing the notices of workshops, manufacturing center director led trainees to change essentials such as static electricity clothes, gloves and shoe covers to enter workshops for observing production procedures. The production in workshop seemed simple, but every detail determined machine quality. Hence during observation, the supervisor Yang constantly reminded trainees about the importance of attention to details. Serious attitude must be even shown towards a screw. Our serious attitude was one of vital sources for customer satisfaction.

A short noon break followed the visit for production procedures. During the rest, trainees still discussed about their experience and leaning from the morning activity. After the break, they began to practice the production in workshops, while wearing necessary clothes. During the operation, trainees all treated every machine seriously.

In the morning of April 1st, the second day of training, the training included repair training and marketing-related training. At 9am, after-sales supervisor started nervous repair technique training. Within two hours, the supervisor Gu explained how to test the quality of frequency converter through multimeter, the details of repair, assembly, disassembly and testing of control panel, and final electric check. After grasping simple repair techniques, the trainees started to practice trial test and repair.

In the afternoon of April 1st, all the trainees have a photograph at DARING headquarter as a souvenir for this training.

After the group photo, the after training began. The marketing training was provided by vice sales manager and business department director. The 2015 marketing plan presented by vice sales manager gave the 2015 direction for trainees, besides strong confidence and clear goals!

Marketing system had many rigorous procedures to ensure smooth cooperation between the company and customers, and avoid unnecessary troubles. The sales department supervisor patiently explained all important notes and systems related to marketing, laying good foundation for the subsequent cooperation among company, customers and assistants.

Fiance is a dispensable department for all organizations. Financial points associated with marketing are important information that must be grasped by professionals. Some rules even determines the operation of the whole company. Therefore, the financial department supervisor explained financial points and checked the presentations before training courses because finance was unignorable.

On the third day of training, with most knowledge points about frequency converters, all trainees were uplifting to record and prepared for future sales and application. This laid foundation for better serving and communicating with customers. 

Primarily, the leader of R&D team introduced the superior performance, constituents and various successful application cases of the newest DR300A serial frequency converter.

Two after-sales application engineers, with the surname of Wang, explained knowledge points such as basic functions, communication functions, communication protocols, PLC communication, and touchscreen communication of DARING products.

Basic principles, type selection and wiring of frequency converters were addressed by supervisor Zeng, mainly the illustration of main circuit, electric motor control, electric assembly and wiring.

On the third day, the knowledge points were new and involved wide coverage. New workers might had various puzzles, but they enquired various application engineers modestly.

On the last day of training, the trainees went through the activity in a relaxed way. After physical examination in the morning, they went to Lianghong Outward Bound site.

Led by the instructor, they engaged in team competitions, involving various unsmooth or happy results. But the key to success was cohesiveness and goal consistency. Outward bound not only strengthened the relationships between old and new workers, but also conveyed the faith that teamwork led to success.

Two simple projects let the trainees learn a lot about the significance of mentality and collaboration in competition. Nothing was impossible if an individual took team as the core, adjusted mentality and adjusted the focus.

After happy outward bound, the marketing department led the trainees to experience the flavour of Wuxi ancient towns and local foods. Then they went back in joy and contentment.

In the afternoon of April 3rd. the first DARING sales application training of 2015 ended in success. The trainees started the training with the thirst for knowledge, and finished it with many fruits, happy feelings and firm sales confidence. This was just the most satisfactory result and ideal expectation for DARING training.

All people involved in this training have gained from their pains, and those people having not participated also gave silent support. Each of them assumed the job tasks of several individuals, really hard.
